Disney’s The Finest Hours didn’t get off to a very fine start at the box office Thursday night. It will also have a very difficult weekend, with Kung Fu Panda 3 hitting theaters this weekend.

The Finest Hours is a true story drama about a rescue at sea and stars Casey Affleck and Chris Pine. According to Deadline, the Craig Gillespie-directed movie cost an estimated $80 million to make, but it might struggle to even hit that mark during its entire run. It only grossed $375,000 last night and is predicted to make barely $10 million this weekend.

Marlon Wayans’ latest parody film, Fifty Shades of Black, took in $275,000. TheWrap notes that it cost just $5 million to make. It’s predicted to make around $10 million.

Lastly, DreamWorks Animation’s Kung Fu Panda 3 hits theaters this weekend, but Fox did not have Thursday night screenings. The film has earned mostly positive reviews from critics and is expected to make around $40 million.

Natalie Portman’s long-delayed Jane Got A Gun is also hitting theaters this weekend. The Weinstein Company did not give the film Thursday night screenings.
