Christina Hendricks is joining the Bad Santa family. The former Mad Men star will be in Bad Santa 2.

Hendricks will have the female lead role in the movie, reports Variety. She will be an upper-class woman who runs a charity that Thornton and his mother are hoping to scam. Kathy Bates is starring as Thornton's mother.

Deadline first reported that Hendricks was joining the film.

Bad Santa 2 will hit theaters on Nov. 23, 2016. Broad Green Pictures picked Mark Waters (Mean Girls) to direct. Tony Cox is expected to return to play Thornton’s sidekick.

The original Bad Santa was released in 2003. The new film was written by Johnny Rosenthal, Shauna Cross and Doug Ellin.

Hendricks was nominated for six Emmys for Mad Men. Recently, she starred on Comedy Central’s Another Period and will star in SundanceTV’s Hap and Leonard.
