If you’re into ‘Netflix & Chill’ and plan on visiting New York any time soon, Airbnb has the perfect listing. Three hosts are offering their one-bedroom apartment in the West Village for the ultimate Netflix-viewing experience for $400 a night.
The idea comes from Tom Galle who works in advertising, artist Moises Sanabria and Art404 engineer Alyssa Davis. The room is Sanabria and Davis’.
The listing offers “The original Netflix and Chill Bed,” a “fully stacked mini bar” and an HD projector with a Netflix account among other features.
Galle told Mashable, “We loved the idea of bringing a meme to life and offer it as a real experience.”
Galle also said making money is “secondary” to what they’re trying to achieve, which is “to make a project that makes a mark and gets seen.”
