A phone call between Jodi Arias and rapper Kareem “Lefty” Williams has been released, featuring the convicted murderer explaining how she’s adjusting to her life sentence in prison for killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander.

The 15-minute conversation took place on Jan. 10 and it’s been obtained by RadarOnline. Williams produced a video about Arias to promote PTSD and domestic violence awareness, which is a big topic of their phone call.

But Arias also talked about her meals and which channels she watches on television from jail.

“We had chicken fajitas here tonight. Really good,” she told him. “A big old pile of caramelized onions, some bell peppers, like, all the works.”

When Williams brought up the backlash he’s received from the video he produced, she told him “haters are gonna hate.”

“It’s all good,” she continued. “If this is what it is like to be hated, then keep hating! I’ve had so much love coming in my direction I can’t even respond to it now.”

This is the first recorded phone call of Arias since she was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole last year.
