Donald Fagen, the lead singer of Steely Dan, was reportedly arrested on Monday for allegedly assaulting his wife, Libby Fagen.

The New York Post reports that the 67-year-old singer and his wife, 69, were in an argument when Fagen grabbed Libby and pushed her to the ground.

The criminal complaint obtained by the Post claims that Fagen shoved Libby “by placing his hands on her arms and rapidly extending his arms in the direction of said frame, causing her to fall onto the frame and suffer bruising and swelling to her right arm, as well as substantial pain.”

Libby later told the Post that, “I don’t feel good” and will get a divorce.

Fagen’s rep has not commented on the allegations, notes Entertainment Weekly.

The "Reelin' In The Years" singer was charged with assault and harassment. He was later released without bail. Libby also received an order of protection from the court.

Fagen founded Steely Dan with Walter Becker. The group is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and continue to tour.
