Singer Barry Manilow was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after a show in Memphis. It means that he might miss the Grammys next week.

Manilow’s team posted a statement on Facebook, confirming that he had emergency oral surgery on Feb. 8 and suffered complications after performing in Memphis earlier this week. He will have to reschedule his Feb. 11 show in Memphis and the Feb. 12 show for Nashville.

His team said that it is not certain if he can make it to the Grammys on Feb. 15. He is nominated for his most recent album, My Dream Duets, which includes duets with deceased singers like Whitney Houston, Judy Garland, Sammy Davis Jr. and Louis Armstrong.

Manilow, 72, is currently on his final tour and, if he doesn’t have to cancel any more dates, he will be performing again on Feb. 17 in Houston.
