Chelsea Handler not surprised at Kanye West's recent antics: He's going to have a 'mental breakdown'

Chelsea Handler has weighed in on Kanye West’s recent antics, which include his bizarre Twitter rants and reignited feud with Taylor Swift.

During an interview with ET Canada, Handler was unsurprised at West’s most recent outbursts. She was also wondering why anyone else is surprised, considering he has acted the same way for many years.

"I've always thought he's a maniac, and he just sounds like more of one," she told ET. "He's acted like this for years, and now people are acting surprised that he's acting like this."

Handler went on to name West crashing Taylor Swift’s VMAs acceptance speech all the way back in 2009 as an example.

"He's not stable, he's delusional and now he'll have a mental breakdown in front of everyone," Handler continued. "Even though he's been in this state for years."
