The divorce between Katharine McPhee and her now ex-hubby, Nick Cokas, was finalized on Feb. 8. The actress was ordered to shell out quite a bit of cash for spousal support.
E! News noted that court documents reveal McPhee will have to pay her ex a whopping $102,616 over the course of the next few days, then he will receive spousal support of up to $400,000 a year or $33,333 a month.
The couple's assets have also been divided, with Cokas getting to keep his vehicle and a percentage of McPhee’s music royalties. The Scorpion actress will keep her car, plus all of her artwork and specific music and TV rights.
As we previously reported, McPhee filed for divorce from Cokas in 2014, after she was spotted kissing Smash director Michael Morris.
“After six years of marriage, and having been separated for the past year, Katharine McPhee has filed for dissolution of marriage,” a rep for the American Idol alum said in a statement at the time. “The two have an amicable relationship and will remain friends.”
