Donald Trump has stuck his foot in his mouth, once again.
The GOP presidential candidate recently made a comment about Michael Jackson, who he considers to be his good friend, that has caused him to fall out of favor with one of the members of the Jackson clan.
According to People, Trump said MJ lost confidence after having plastic surgery on his face. Trump made the comments during the GOP town hall on Feb. 18, saying, "He lost tremendous confidence because of, honestly, bad, bad, bad surgery. He had the worst. He had people that did numbers on him that were just unbelievable. Facially, you know, the plastic surgeons."
He then went on to say that a loss in confidence could also lead to a loss in "your talent."
This resulted in a barrage of tweets from Michael's older brother, Jermaine Jackson, who labeled Trump a fool and said he needed to "sit down."
TMZ also incurred Jermaine's wrath when they published the story but wrote as their headline that Jackson had said Trump was no friend of Michael's. Jackson responded, "I never said 'You're no friend of Michael.' He was. It's 'botched surgery' talk that I don't expect from a friend."
