Mob Wives star Drita D’Avanzo was arrested on Feb. 9 in the Tottenville neighborhood of Staten Island, New York, for allegedly punching a woman in the face.

D’Avanzo reportedly went to the home of a woman named Mary Bratti, a chef, and punched her in face multiple times after a verbal argument got heated. She then left the scene and surrendered to police later that day.

According to Daily News, D’Avanzo, 40, was charged with misdemeanor assault and was able to go home after being given a ticket.

"She was released from the precinct with a desk appearance ticket with a charge of a misdemeanor assault," the NYPD told ET."She must appear back in court on March 9."

Vh1's Mob Wives, which D'Avanzo has been in since the beginning, is in its sixth and final season.
