The mother of Chris Brown’s daughter, Nia Guzman, is accusing him of causing their 1-year-old, Royalty, to develop asthma because of the smoke she alleges he has exposed her to.
In legal documents, Guzman wrote when Royalty is returned to her after staying at Brown’s, her clothes smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke.
According to TMZ, Guzman is asking the judge to limit Brown’s visitation and make him take random drug testing. She also wrote she believes he has relapsed on drugs.
Guzman also asked the judge to make Brown either give up time with Royalty or hire a nanny if he’s going to continue to smoke around her.
On top of her allegations, she’s still trying to increase her child support payments from $2,500 to $16,000 a month.
