Porn star Danica Dillon, real name Ashley Stamm-Northup, has dropped the lawsuit she filed against former 19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar.

Dillon claimed she met the father of four at a strip club in Philadelphia and they proceeded to have sex in a hotel room. She sued him for $500,000 for assault and battery for “manhandling” her during sex. However, her claims have been found to be fabricated.

According to Access Hollywood, Duggar’s lawyer called her claims "entirely fictitious” and it has since been proven he wasn’t in Philadelphia at the time she claimed the incident happened.

Duggar checked into Reformers Unanimous in Rockford, Illinois in August after admitting to cheating on his wife, Anna Duggar, and having an addiction to porn.

“I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family,” he said in a statement at the time.
