Orlando Brown, who played Raven-Symoné’s best friend Eddie on the Disney show That's So Raven, was arrested last month for an alleged crime that occurred in a police station parking lot of all places.
TMZ reported that Brown was arrested in January for allegedly hitting his girlfriend in the parking lot of a police station in Torrance, California. Obviously, if you strike someone at a cop station, officers will catch you pretty quickly. When they caught up with Brown, he was asked to exit his vehicle but allegedly refused. The actor was then placed under arrest, and police said they found methamphetamine on him after he was taken into custody.
ET Online noted that Brown was then charged with domestic battery, obstruction of justice, drug possession with intent to sell and having contraband in jail.
This is not the 28-year-old’s first run-in with the law; he’s had several. In 2007, he was arrested for marijuana possession. In 2011, he was busted for a DUI. A year later, he did time for violating the terms of his probation. In 2013, he added another DUI to his rap sheet and in 2014, he threatened to kill a woman and her daughter, but struck a plea deal in that case.
Police did not release the name of Brown’s girlfriend involved in the latest alleged incident, but said that she did not sustain any serious injuries.
