Paramount Pictures has just debuted a brand new trailer for 10 Cloverfield Lane.
The 60-second trailer, which aired during Sunday's The Walking Dead, features some new dialogue between Michelle (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and Howard (John Goodman), the latter of whom explains that everyone outside of the bunker is dead. That clearly isn't true, though, as later in the trailer we see a woman banging on the cellar door, presumably trying to get inside and escape the monster. This is our first confirmation that Howard isn't being entirely truthful and there are actually plenty of survivors in the outside world.
We're now less than a month away from this Cloverfield sequel, which producer J.J. Abrams described as a "blood relative" of the original, as we previously reported. Bad Robot dropped the trailer out of nowhere in January, having made the movie in secret without announcing a new Cloverfield installment. The film was originally a thriller called The Cellar, which took place primarily underground featuring only three characters, so it's unclear how much monster destruction we're actually going to get.

10 Cloverfield Lane opens on March 11.
