Today, Malik's video for "It's You," from his upcoming album Mind of Mine, debuted exclusively on Apple Music. Malik posted a brief teaser for it last night on his Twitter.
The video is shot entirely in black and white. According to The Daily Mail, Malik's love interest in the video is played by 21-year-old actress Nicola Peltz, who the outlet speculates was chosen due to her resemblance to Malik's former fiance, Perrie Edwards. The song is rumored to be about Edwards.
Edwards made headlines earlier today not for her apparent lookalike appearing in Malik's video, but for sharing on Twitter that she had been burned in a boiler fire.
If this track follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, "Pillow Talk," it's headed for success. As we previously reported earlier this month, "Pillow Talk" hit number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
