Ashanti had to once again face her stalker in court as he bombarded her with questions which were sexual in nature.

Page Six noted that the singer was in court on March 16 and had to answer questions from Devar Hurd, 37, who is acting as his own attorney. He badgered her for about 30 minutes with questions pertaining to sexually explicit tweets he sent her.

When she called the tweets “disgusting,” he asked, "Why didn't you tell me to stop or block me?"

The following day, Hurd gave a speech claiming that what he was convicted of in 2009, which was sending a photo of his crotch to Ashanti’s mother, was nothing worse than what former Former Congressman Andrew Weiner did.

“[Weiner] was in a situation like this where he sent sexually explicit tweets to six different women. No one came and ran down on him and arrested him,” Hurd said. “I didn’t even send no nude pics. I just talked some sexually explicit stuff from time to time. Why didn’t he get arrested for doing the same stuff?”

If Hurd is convicted of felony stalking, he could face four years behind bars.
