Country singer Joey Feek, who has terminal cervical cancer, only has a few days left to live, her husband Rory revealed on his blog.

Feek, 40, was diagnosed with terminal cervical cancer in 2014, reports ABC News. She has recorded with her husband under the name Joey + Rory and they scored their biggest hit with “Cheater, Cheater” in 2008. They released one last album, Hymns That Are Important To Us, in February.

Rory has been chronicling Feek’s treatment on his blog, This Life I Live. On Feb. 29, he shared a sad post called “one last kiss,” which included a photo of himself by Feek’s bed. In the very emotional post, Rory writes that she has been asleep “for days now and her body is shutting down quickly.”

“The hospice nurse came again this morning and said Joey will most-likely only be with us for a few more days… at the most,” Rory wrote. He added that she has had a “very full life.”

“A few more days… In the 40 short years that Joey has lived, my bride has accomplished many great things… she’s lived a very full life,” he wrote. “But even more than that, she has loved those around her greatly and been loved greatly in return. I can honestly say that Joey’s isn’t just a life well-lived, it’s a life well-loved.”

The couple share a 2-year-old daughter, Indiana. Rory’s post described what might be Feek’s final moments with her daughter.

“I set our little Indy on Joey’s lap and we all cried with my wife as she told her how much her mama loved her and, ‘…you be a big girl for your papa… and that mama will be watching over you,’” Rory wrote. “And then she pulled Indiana up and she kissed her. One last kiss.”
