Madonna may have been dressed in a clown suit but she was actually in a pretty serious mood during a recent show when she gave an emotional performance dedicated to her son Rocco.
ET Online noted that Madge donned the suit during a free concert for her fans in Melbourne, Australia on March 10, which she was reportedly three hours late for.
When she did finally take the stage, the singer she wiped away tears as she spoke about her ongoing custody with Guy Ritchie over Rocco. Then, according to BBC News, about seven songs into the Tears of a Clown concert Madonna sang the song “Intervention” as pictures of her teenage flashed on a large screen.
Just last week, we reported that the 57-year-old learned that her son would be staying in London with his father for the time being. It is speculated that one of the main reasons Rocco, 15, does not want to return to the states with his mother is because he doesn't want to leave his friends in the U.K.
