Bryan Adams is taking a page out of Bruce Springsteen’s book as the rocker announced that he is canceling an upcoming show in Mississippi, after the state passed a bill which allows religious groups and some private businesses to refuse service to gay couples.
Adams took to social media on April 10 to announce his decision in a lengthy post.
The singer’s choice not to play a show in a location over a state law comes after Springsteen announced last week that he would not have his concert in North Carolina due to a bill barring transgender individuals from using public restrooms in that state.
