Prince’s sister, Tyka Nelson, has revealed in legal documents filed Tuesday that if her brother has a will she doesn’t know about it.

Nelson filed court papers requesting that she be appointed executor of her late brother’s estate since he apparently did not appoint anyone.

“I do not know of the existence of a Will and have no reason to believe that the Decedent executed testamentary documents in any form,” the court papers read. “A Special Administrator is needed because no Personal Representative has been appointed in Minnesota or elsewhere.”

Prince has Tyka and five half-siblings John Nelson, Norrine Nelson, Sharon Nelson, Alfred Jackson and Omar Baker, who his estate could be divided between. The entertainer is worth an estimated $300 million.

As we reported, he was found dead in his Paisley Park home on April 21. His exact cause of death has not yet been released.
