Rachel Roy wants everyone to know that she is not the “Becky” Beyoncé called out in Lemonade or at least that's what she says.

When HBO aired an hour-long special featuring Beyoncé’s new music on April 24, the Internet lit up with fans speculating that the woman Queen Bey was calling out for cheating with her husband was Rachel Roy.  After receiving death threats from some enraged BeyHive members and being slammed for allegedly cheating with Jay Z, Roy released a statement to People Tuesday claiming that she is not the “Becky” Beyoncé referred to.

"I want to put the speculation and rumors to rest,” Roy said.

And about referencing the "good hair" line in a now-deleted Instagram post she said, “My Instagram post was meant to be fun and lighthearted, it was misunderstood as something other than that. There is no validity to the idea that the song references me personally. There is no truth to the rumors."

So if Roy is not “Becky” then who is? Unless Queen Bey herself tells us, we may never know.
