Khloé Kardashian has re-filed for divorce from husband Lamar Odom.
The 31-year-old reality star filed for divorce from Odom on Thursday, according to the LA Times. The two married in 2009 after dating for a month, and Kardashian filed for divorce for the first time in 2013 amidst accusations of infidelity, infertility issues and Odom's issues with substance abuse. In October 2015 after Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, Kardashian rushed to be by his side and during that time canceled her petition to divorce as Odom recovered.
In April, rumors began to circulate that Kardashian was once again ready to permanently step away from her marriage to Odom. The two never reconciled after Kardashian withdrew her petition for divorce, although they hadn't moved forward with the proceedings even after Odom was recovered. In a recent essay for Lena Dunham's newsletter Lenny, Kardashian discussed her feelings on divorce and her decision to walk away from her marriage.
"At my core, I don't believe in divorce, but I came to a point in my marriage where I had to make the choice to take care of my own mental and emotional well-being in order to protect myself and my happiness. I am at peace with that decision and do feel like I honored my vows to the very end," she said.
Kardashian also still appears to have nothing but love for Lamar, even though they may not have stayed together as evidenced by this recent tweet.
