The medical examiner’s office that completed the autopsy on Kid Rock’s assistant, Michael Sacha, has concluded that the 30-year-old was intoxicated when he drove and crashed an ATV on the rock star’s property last month.

The Tennessean obtained the ME report which stated that Sacha’s blood alcohol level was at 0.2 percent. The legal limit to operate a vehicle in Tennessee is 0.08.

The report also found the death to be from “blunt force trauma” and “an accident.”

"Based on the circumstances and the collective findings, it is my opinion that the cause of death in this case is blunt force trauma; the manner is an accident," Assistant Medical Examiner Emily Dennison wrote.

As we previously noted, Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, found Sacha’s body after a cookout on April 25. He had been transporting guests around the property on an ATV.

Kid Rock took to his website to express his grief and devastation over the death.
