Amber Heard's attorney officially filed a declaration to withdraw her temporary spousal support request from Johnny Depp. The issue was supposed to be addressed this Friday in the restraining order hearing, but Heard has requested to remove it.
Upon filing for divorce from the Pirates of the Caribbean actor, Heard originally requested $50,000 a month, which was denied by the judge who instead granted her a temporary restraining order.
According to E! News Heard's documents claim the request is, "being used against me to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence." The document also makes it clear the actress can request spousal support at another point in time.
TMZ reported that Depp has been violating his restraining order by having his people take "personal items" from his home in L.A., which breaks the policies "move-out order" due to the fact that Heard's people think his people are overreacting because Depp is in the Bahamas at this time and there is no urgency for him to have these things.
