Talk about bad blood. Kim Kardashian pretty much called Taylor Swift a liar, without really coming out and saying it, when it came to defending her husband, Kanye West's song "Famous."
In the latest issue of GQ magazine, Kardashian discussed Swift's beef with West following the release of his song "Famous" that lyrically opens with the line, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/Why? I made that bitch famous."
"She totally knew that ["Famous"] was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn't," the 35-year old reality star told GQ.
Kardashian even said there's "video proof" of Kanye's phone call with the singer, who "totally approved that [line]."
So, according to Kim, the truth is that Swift knew about the song before it was even recorded and was more than okay with it.
"I swear, my husband gets so much s**t for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved," Kardashian said, "What rapper would call a girl that he was rapping a line about to get approval? Rick Rubin was there. So many respected people in the music business heard that [conversation] and knew."
Kardashian also said that Swift even joked on the phone saying, "When I get on the Grammy red carpet, all media is going to think that I'm so against this, and I'll laugh and say, 'The joke's on you guys. I was in on it the whole time.'"
To take matters even farther, according to Kardashian, Swift's attorney's sent West a letter stating, "don't ever let that footage come out of me saying that. Destroy it."
That's funny because the country singer took it as far as to slam the rapper during her 2016 Grammy acceptance speech, telling women out there to never let anyone "undercut" their success.
