Chris Brown has been accused of assault and battery again and this time it’s alleged by his manager.

E! News has obtained the court filings by Michael Guirguis a.k.a. Mike G, who operates NiteVision Management, claiming that Brown allegedly assaulted him during a “drug-fueled” rage.

Guirguis alleges that the incident occurred in May and that the singer hit him in the face and neck. He also claims that the injuries he allegedly sustained at the hands of Brown required him to go the hospital.

Brown responded to the claims via an Instagram post and while he did not mention Guirguis by name, he said that the accusations were made because he was fired. Brown went on to say that the reason for the termination is because he stole money from him which is something Guirguis denied through his attorney Patty Glaser.

"We’ve seen Chris Brown’s Instagram post," Glaser said in a statement. "It’s a pathetic reaction to the lawsuit. There is no truth to his claim and Brown knows it. We'll amend our complaint to add claims for defamation."
