It's not a good thing if your job is to rap and you lose your voice, especially if it occurs during a live concert. Well that's exactly what happened to Kanye West on Thursday evening.

During a performance in Inglewood, California, on Nov. 3, while suspended above the crowd on his signature platform, Yeezy cut the music and addressed the concertgoers to let them know he was going to end the show.

It was just 45 minutes in when the rapper explained that he lost his voice.

"I'm sorry," he told the audience. "I can't let y'all have a show where I can't perform for you. I'll give everyone a refund. I'll do better next time."

This ignited boos mixed with some "Yeezus" chants from the crowd.

ET noted that there were tons of famous faces in attendance at that very show including Harry Styles, Lenny Kravitz, Pete Wentz, Ariel Winter, Usher, Kelly Rowland, T.I. and Bob Saget.
