Kanye has offered the guests at his Inglewood, California concert on Nov. 3 a refund because he cut his concert short due to losing his voice, but Ticketmaster may not be on board with this proposal.
It turns out that Kanye had no authority to make this statement to the crowd. Ticketmaster has a policy of no refunds and no exchanges.While this might be the case, according to TMZ they are currently working with The Forum to see what they can do after receiving a large volume of calls due to the rappers statement about a refund.
