Lady Gaga, who was a big Hillary Clinton supporter throughout this election, was very upset after the results came in that Donald Trump would be our next president. In fact she was so unhappy that she wanted her voice to be heard and held her own protest outside of Trump Tower in New York with a sign that read: "Love trumps hate."

The slogan was of course one that the Clinton campaign used often.

Gaga posted the photo of herself holding the sign outside of the Manhattan apartment building where Trump himself lives and was watching the election results.

"????????❤️I want to live in a #CountryOfKindness #LoveTrumpsHate He divided us so carelessly. Let's take care now of each other," Mother Monster captioned the photo.

The singer wasn't the only one protesting the night's decision. Dozens of people took to the streets in some cities in California and Oregon to express their displeasure over the president-elect.
