50 Cent does not believe that fellow rapper Kanye West faked his recent breakdown which landed him in UCLA Medical Center for nine days.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, said that he didn't think the "Famous" artist faked his mental breakdown. The segment called "50's 2 Cents," had show host Andy Cohen asking Jackson questions about pop culture and the lives of celebrities. The celebs ranged from Angelina Jolie and her divorce to West and his breakdown.
On the topic of West's breakdown Jackson said, “That was interesting. I kind of felt like I could see that coming.”
When asked if he thought it was a hoax created for West to cash in on insurance money, Jackson dismissed it stating that if he needed the money, "He could have just [gone] to work.”
As we reported, West abruptly canceled several dates on his Saint Pablo Tour prior to being admitted to the hopsital.
Jackson was also questioned about Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery. The rapper then said that he thought that incident may have been a part of what caused West's breakdown.
Kanye was released from the hospital on Wednesday, Nov 30.
