Country starlet Kacey Musgraves got engaged when her musician beau Ruston Kelly popped the question on Saturday, Dec. 24.
The proposal was extra special, as Ruston knelt down on his knee in Kacey's childhood home.
The "Merry Go 'Round" singer shared on Instagram, "I didn’t say yes … I said HELL YESSSS!!"
"Last night the best man I’ve ever met got down on one knee in my little pink childhood home..in the same room I played with my ponies and barbies and asked me the easiest question I've ever been asked, ❤" Kacey elaborated. "I finally know what everyone means when they say 'you just know.'"
The 28-year-old captioned the note with a photo of her ring in front of the Christmas tree.
Ruston also wrote about the engagement on his Instagram. "I have never met a more incredible partner and woman." He continued, "Last night I became the luckiest, proudest and happiest man ever. I asked the brightest light in my life to marry me."
According to People, Kacey and Ruston were linked this year when they frequently appeared in each other's social media feeds together.
