In this Christmas episode of NCIS: Los Angeles, the team got a case involving the kidnapping of a Lieutenant Commander. At first it is believed that her disappearance is connected to her work. However, it isn’t her who is the actual target. The team discovers information that could have implications for a lot of people involved in money laundering.
Sam, Callen and Deeks got some help from Anna Kolchek, who ends up partnering with Sam after Callen thwarted his attempts to set them up as partners. This led to a fun dynamic between Callen and Deeks as they discussed Christmas traditions while trying to figure out where their missing victim is.
Between the case, Sam was bidding on tickets to the musical Hamilton as a present for his wife. We also got to see Eric and Nell’s world when she was unable to attend the Dickens Fair with him. All of the characters were given a part in the story, especially Kensi, who is still recovering from her injuries.
There was a lot going on in this episode and it gave us something to look forward to when the show returns Jan. 8. While we wait for the show’s return, check out the top clips from “Tidings We Bring.”
