The book which the box office success Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was based on is getting a new edition, edited and revised by J.K. Rowling. The new edition will be in audio format and will be narrated by Eddie Redmayne who plays Hufflepuff Magizoologist and the book's author Newt Scamander in the Fantastic Beasts movie.

Redmayne appeared on the NBC Today Show on Jan. 27, 2017 to discuss the project. The book will contain a new forward which includes some of the plot featured in the movie as well as segments on six new beasts.

According to Pottermore, the book will contain six new beasts in addition to Newt's previous discoveries.

The audiobook will be released on March 14, 2017 and is available on pre-order form Audible UK, Audible US, and Audible Australia. Proceeds will go to Comic Relief and Lumos, a charity founded by Rowling.
