While the Obamas try to figure out their post-White House plans, Malia Obama already has plans of her own. The former first daughter will intern with Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Malia will start working for the company’s New York office in February after a family vacation in Palm Springs. It is unknown which department Obama will work in, but sources say it could be in marketing or development. The Weinstein Co. and the Obamas did not respond to requests for comment.

"Malia has expressed some interest in film-making," former First Lady Michelle Obama told People in 2012.

The Weinstein Co. has produced films such as Lion, The Founder, Shakespeare in Love, The King's Speech and Pulp Fiction.

This won’t be the first time that Malia has worked in Hollywood. She was an intern for Lena Dunham’s HBO series Girls and was a production assistant for Halle Berry’s CBS show Extant, according to Page Six, which first reported the news. Malia  also reportedly interned at a unnamed fashion house.

Malia will be going to Harvard University in the fall.
