It's official ... Instagram official that is. After first being spotted packing on the PDA earlier this month, everyone has been wondering when Selena Gomez and The Weeknd were going to come out and say they are officially an item. Well on Monday Gomez figured it was time, but later decided it wasn't.
The "Hands to Myself" songstress posted a short black-and-white video of The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, during their Italian vacation and then deleted it from her page with no explanation. Of course we can still check out the brief clip because what goes on the internet is there forever, we'd just love to know why Selena removed it.
As for the "Starboy" artist, he hasn't posted anything about Gomez or their Italian getaway on his social media accounts yet.
The two have not been able to hide from the paparazzi while overseas as pictures of them touring Florence, Italy, and taking in the sites around the country have already been published.
