Mischa Barton was granted a temporary restraining order against Adam Spaw, a.k.a. Adam Shaw, who she named in her revenge porn case, however, he claims that he and the actress are still "involved."
In court documents, Spaw said that he has not tried to sell any sex tapes of them together and claimed that he and Barton are still dating and have him been for months, he even referred to her as his "girlfriend."

“I do not agree to an order that would preclude me from having any contact with Petitioner [Barton]. I have never attempted to sell or distribute the tapes of Petitioner. The opposite is true, i.e., I have made efforts since I first learned of the existence of the tapes to make sure that they were not sold or distributed in any fashion,” Spaw said in the papers, adding, “I’m [sic] been in an intimate relationship with Petitioner for many months and I can’t wait to see my girlfriend as soon as this proceeding is resolved. I do not agree the Petitioner should be allowed to record our conversations since I have been wrongfully accused and I should enjoy the same rights as any other citizen."
But Barton's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, debunked Spaw's claims that they are still in a relationship and reiterated what the former O.C. star initially said in her filing about him trying to sell the tapes.
“Mischa is absolutely not involved with Adam Spaw. Everything she said in her declaration is 100 percent accurate,” Bloom told The Wrap.
Last month, the actress obtained orders against Spaw and another ex named Jon Zacharias, which stated that they “may not sell, distribute, give away or show any naked photos or videos of any type of Mischa Barton.”
