While Game of Thrones fans dream someday of posing with the Iron Throne, one Ikea store proved to be a very big fan with its own version of the famed throne.
The Swedish furniture store recreated the symbolic prop from the HBO series in its store display.
The key difference was that instead of iron, it was porcelain. That's right. Ikea cleverly used a toilet as its centerpiece with toilet brushes tacked on the wall with their metal holders.
A Reddit user posted the picture that had a striking resemblance to the Iron Throne, which is said to be constructed from swords of the enemies of Aegon I Targaryen, who was the first king belonging to the seven kingdoms.
On the Ikea display, it states in French: "Oserez-vous monter sur le trône?"
"'Monter sur le trône' literally means 'sitting on the throne,'" the Reddit user explained. "It also means going to the toilet (figuratively). The question is hence: Would you dare sit on the throne (go to the toilet)?"
While we're sure GOT fans got a kick out of the display, let's hope Ikea doesn't recreate Joffrey-inspired weddings or Red Weddings.
