ABC has announced their prime time lineup for this coming fall, making some pretty significant changes.
After being renewed for season 7, Once Upon a Time has been moved from Sunday to Friday night, leading into Marvel's Inhumans. After completing it's 8-episode run, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will take Inhuman's spot. These dramas fill the void left by the cancellation of comedies Dr. Ken and Last Man Standing.
Sunday's lineup will now consist of several unscripted series including Shark Tank that will be followed by the upcoming drama, Ten Days in the Valley.
Black-ish and American Housewife will be swapping their Tuesday and Wednesday night slots in order to give Black-ish it's own spotlight. According to ABC Entertainment president Channing Dungey, “we feel that after three years behind Modern Family, black-ish is ready to anchor its own night of television. The show is creatively on fire."
ABC has announced a number of brand new dramas coming this fall including The Crossing, Deception, For the People, The Good Doctor, The Gospel of Kevin, Marvel's Inhumans and Ten Days in the Valley.
New comedies coming to the network this fall consist of Alex, Inc., The Mayor and Splitting Up Together.
Additionally, ABC will be rebooting American Idol this fall as well as introducing The Bachelor Winter Games and Dancing With the Stars Junior.
