Congrats are in order for retired soccer star Abby Wambach and her partner, blogger Glennon Doyle Melton, who were married over the weekend!
The two shared the news via their Instagram accounts with some beautiful pics from the big day.
Wambach and Melton each captioned the photos with "5.14.17" which is the day they tied the knot.
The two also posted another pic of Wambach wearing a black sweatshirt with the words "Christian Mommy Blogger’s Wife" spelled out on it. Melton captioned it by writing, "My beloveds - please never give up on love. Life could surprise the hell out of you. Trust me- you might just wake up one morning and find yourself smackdab in the middle of heaven. I love my wife. LOVE WINS."
For The Win noted that this is the second marriage for each of them. Wambach's divorce from fellow soccer player Sarah Huffman was finalized in November and Melton announced her separation from Craig Melton after 14 years of marriage last August.
