Jim Parsons married longtime boyfriend Todd Spiewak on May 13 and he shared the photos of the nuptials on his social media.
The Big Bang Theory star, whose character Sheldon Cooper recently had a proposal of his own to make in the season finale, wrote in the caption, “5.13.17 Rainbow Room, NYC.”
In another photo, Parsons posted a photo showing the new husbands wearing Tom Ford tuxedos for the first dance. Parsons looked dapper in a velvet jacket holding his new husband’s hand.

The couple have been together since 2002, first being seen making a public appearance together in 2013 for the GSLEN Respect Awards. Spiewak is a graphic designer and Parsons said of his relationship at the time, “it’s an act of love, coffee in the morning, going to work, washing the clothes, taking the dogs [out]- a regular life.”
Parsons’ marriage announcement follows another wedding involving a gay couple. When We Rise creator Dustin Lance Black married his boyfriend, British diver Tom Daley, on May 6. They also posted photos from their big day on social media.
