On August 29, Mark Wahlberg announced that Wahlburgers is now headed to Cincinnati. He took to Twitter to post:

Soon after, the Downtown Cincinnati Facebook page confirmed by saying:

People had been speculating that the Wahlberg brothers could possibly be doing business in Cincinnati ever since Jeff Ruby posted this on the evening on August 28:

The opening date has not yet been announced, but local residents of Cincinnati seem to be thrilled about the news:

Wahlburgers is a casual restaurant and bar that was originally based in Boston — the Wahlberg trio's home town. They have now expanded to having locations in nine states, as well as in Canada.

The company is owned by chef Paul Walhberg, who shares a partnership with his brothers Donnie and Mark.

There is also a reality tv show that airs on the A&E network that is based around their business, which is currently in its eighth season. Watch the promo for the newest episode here:
