Modern Family's Ariel Winter is not happy with the media attention surrounding what could have been exposed as she walked the Emmy red carpet in a double slit-to-the-hip gown.
After media outlets talked about what could have been, Ariel posted a three page note on Instagram defending herself, her choices and that wardrobe malfunctions happen - especially to people who are stalked by paparazzi.
This is not the first time critics have gone after the Emmy-winning actress. In May she was criticized for wearing an even more revealing dress on the red carpet.

Her mom is speaking out again about her fashion choices. She previously spoke out after Ariel's gown choice at the SAG Awards showed her breast reduction scars. This time, the 19-year-old's estranged mother believes these choices are something more.
“I feel that Ariel is starving for attention. I feel this is a cry help from my child."
Fans agreed with Ariel that things happen and it's not necessary to dramatize everything she does and wears.
