Hayley McLean-Glass' son, Noah was one very disappointed 3-year-old when Disneyland Paris said he couldn't participate in the Princess for a Day experience.

Noah is all about Frozen, especially Elsa. His mom says he has all the swag, knows the words to "Let it Go" maybe even better than Idina Menzel he sings it so much.

So when she saw the chance for him to become Elsa in a full Disney experience she was thrilled. She got in touch with Disneyland to set it up and then....

"At this time it is not possible to book a Princess for a Day for a boy," the replied to her.

McLean went into full on mama bear mode and penned an open letter to the amusement park on her blog, Sparkles and Stretchmarks.

"If a little girl wants to be a super hero, she can be. If she wants to be a jedi, she can be. She can be whatever she wants...just like Walt Disney himself said, "If you can dream it you can do it!"...

..Unless you're a little boy who wants a Princess experience at Disneyland apparently...that you CAN'T do!"

Disneyland Paris replied that they do not have any such policy and that the castmember who replied to her was incorrect.

“We are taking this situation very seriously and sincerely apologise to Hayley and Noah for the distress caused,” a spokesman told ITV News.

Disney does not offer a Prince for a Day option at their parks, simply a Knight Package at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique which simply includes hair styling with gel, a sword and a shield.

What do you think of the situation? Is Disney forcing gender bias on children with? Should they expand their repertoire to include more dress up options?
