World-renowned celebrity trainer shares tips for keeping fitness goals
Anna Kaiser is not only kept busy with celebrity clients like Shakira, Kelly Ripa and Hillary Duff, but she is also about to open dozens of fitness centers across the country to the ones that already exist in New York City, Los Angeles and the Hamptons.
She is known for the AKT program that blends circuit training, HIIT, strength, toning, dance cardio, yoga and Pilates. The curriculum is constantly evolving and the 800 plus weekly subscribers to the program seem to be thrilled with the 360-degree lifestyle program.
In addition to celebrating exercise, she is also an expert on healthy food choices. One thing that is paramount to achieving fitness goals is having a healthy, protein-filled breakfast.
She recommends the new Breakfast Bars by Pure Protein that boast at least 12 grams of protein in each bar and come in delicious flavors like Dark Chocolate Almond Oatmeal, Strawberry Waffle, Blueberry Oatmeal and Sweet & Salty Peanut Butter.
Anna Kaiser dished with Michelle Tompkins for TheCelebrityCafe.com about her experience as a trainer, which elements of her workouts Shakira and Kelly Ripa like best, what are the common mistakes people make when setting fitness goals, what is going on with the creation of her new studios across the country, what constitutes a perfect breakfast, why Pure Protein Breakfast Bars are a good and healthy option, general health tips and more.
