Fortnite, like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, is one of the most popular online Battle Royale games out currently.

And in games such as Fortnite or PUBG, there’s loot and materiels that players need to pick up in order to be prepared for battle and secure the victory.

Well, Fortnite has done the best job of expanding the different ways that players can access the more exclusive loot, materials and other resources. Much like the golden chests, supply drops and the newly added piñata that takes all of players’ materials to 500-plus.

But with Fortnite’s new version 3.4 update players will be able to access a vending machine that exchanges materials for loot.

Each vending machine will be found in various locations around the map. The items that are sold will match the rarity that comes with it and there is no purchase limit.

For example, items found in a Common (white) version will cost 100 materials whereas items found in an Epic (purple) version will cost 400 materials. And each machine will sell all three items—one for each material type (Stone, Wood, Metal).

The Fortnite team also announced that beginning this week; they will be dropping new content every other week without need for any update. These randomized updates will be called Content Updates.

The new updating system enables bug fixes while also providing new content every week.
