Laura Vitale gives tips on how to use Bertolli olive oil
Laura Vitale is not only a beautiful an charming cooking show host of the Cooking Channel fan-favorite Simply Laura. While she knows her way around Italian food, but she also loves to make traditional dishes a bit healthier while not sacrificing any flavor.
It makes sense that Laura Vitale is all about Italian cuisine as she was born in Naples. When she was 12 years old, she moved to New Jersey. Cooking was not only a passion, it was a way of life. Her family enjoyed preparing meals together and she picked up on their rich traditions.
Her hit video series Laura in the Kitchen landed her on the Cooking Channel, where repeats of Simply Laura can still be seen.
One of her favorite ingredients is Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which she uses frequently.
