Marshmello is an electronic music producer and DJ. Born on May 19, 1992, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Christopher Comstock hit the music scene in 2015 when he released his first single, "WaVeZ", on Soundcloud.
In 2016, Marshmello released his first compilation of recorded tracks that reached Number Five on the Billboard charts for Electronic/Dance.
Marshmello is most recognizable for his appearance. The DJ wears a marshmallow style helmet inspired by Daft Punk and Deadmau5, who wears a Mickey Mouse style helmet.
Over the course of his brief career, Marshmello has earned several nominations from Awards shows for his music. He has also appeared on some tracks with high profile artists.
