And he's not having it.

Angelina Jolie has gone back to court to obtain retroactive child support from Brad Pitt.

Since their split in 2016, Pitt apparently hasn't coughed up enough cash to support their 6 children.

Jolie's lawyer, Samantha Bley DeJean, filed documents Tuesday which state:

"[Pitt] has a statutory duty to pay child support. As of present, [Pitt] has paid no meaningful child support since separation.

"Given that the informal arrangements around the payment of the children's expenses have not been regularly sustained by [Pitt] for over a year and a half, [Jolie] intends to file an RFO [request for a court order] for the establishment of a retroactive child support order."

However, Pitt isn't taking this sitting down. His lawyer, Lance Spiegel, says the actor has given his ex-wife over $1.3 million for bills to take care of the children. Spiegel also says Jolie is using the media for sympathy.

This comes on the heels of another court order which we reported forced Jolie to give Pitt access to his kids and made it clear they were safe with their dad.

That being said, $1.6 million over 2 years, breaks down to about $67,000 a month for six children. When you consider Charlie Sheen pays $110,000 a month for 4 kids and Brendan Fraiser was paying $75,000 for 3 kids and Eddie Murphy pays $50,000 a month for just one kid, Pitt paying $11,000 a month per kid may, in fact, be unsubstantial.

Consider as well that Pitt is worth $240 million, compared to Jolie's $160 million and she could potentially sue for spousal support if she really wanted to go after him.
