Soul Calibur 6 returns to consoles October 19, 2018 (date tentative).
If you are unfamiliar with the Soul Calibur series, it is a weapons-based fighting game. The fighters timeline are based in the 16th century. The game was first released as Soul Edge (1995) but, changed after its next incarnation to Soul Calibur, made by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It has a lot of quirky, flashy, and powerful characters. You can make your own fighters as well, choosing from pre-selected or unlocked items and color schemes.
After the last incarnation of Soul Calibur, the creators at Team Soul went back to the drawing board. They were seeing what worked and what didn’t. One thing that definitely worked was the character Tira. The characters fighting style is like a dance, kinda like a ballerina. She also has a weapon that is called the circle blade.

It has a cool look to it, among other interesting weapons in the game. As you can see Tira has to wear metal gloves in order to wield this deadly weapon. Tira first appeared in Soul Calibur 3. Tira was raised by assassins called The Bird Of Passage. Because she was raised by assassins that makes her a deadly opponent.
The tale of soul and swords will continue. Will you be so brave as to venture forth with your favorite character? Kira? Voldo? Mitsurugi? Seigfried? Whomever it is, just remember, the legend will never die!
Tira will be available if you preorder the game. If you don’t preorder the game, you can still buy her as an individual DLC, eventually.
