Woody Allen has found the British actor he was looking for to join Emma Stone for his next project. Oscar winner Colin Firth has signed on to star in the film.

The news comes just days after last week’s news that Stone was in talks to join the film, which still doesn’t have a title and nothing is known about the plot yet. However, it will be set in France, where Allen shot his 2011 hit Midnight In Paris. The Wrap had reported that Allen was looking for a British male lead to star with Stone.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the new project will be produced by Gravier Productions, Letty Aronson and Stephen Tenenbaum. The director is also bringing back his creative team from Midnight in Paris and To Rome With Love, including cinematographer Darius Khondji and production designer Anne Seibel.

This is the second big casting news for Firth this week. On Sunday, it was reported that the Arthur Newman actor was in talks for Matthew Vaughn’s The Secret Service, which would be Firth’s first comic book movie.

As for Allen, his next film, Blue Jasmine, hits theaters on July 26.
